Dennis Minton

Dennis is a former All-American NCAA gymnast in the Still Rings, now turned scientist. Dennis completed his undergraduate and masters degree at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in Dr. Konopka’s Lab and transitioned to UW–Madison to continue his PhD research on age and injury-related osteoarthritis. Dennis loves making figures for data, has a strong affinity for obese laboratory, companion and zoo animals, and enjoys Costco pizza with his lab mate Christian. When not in the lab or roaming the aisles of Costco, you can often find Dennis adventuring on hikes through the Driftless and other surrounding regions of Madison.
