Christian Elliehausen

Christian graduated from the University of St. Thomas, where he was also a collegiate soccer player. You will be hard-pressed to find Christian ever running again. Christian spent 1 year at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign before transitioning back to his home state of Wisconsin and continuing his work in Dr. Konopka’s Laboratory. Christian has a strong interest in using exercise and/or pharmacological perturbations to study skeletal muscle biology and metabolism. Although Christian has lived most his life in colder climates, he would prefer the beach life. When he is not dining with Dennis at Costco, you can find Christian lifting heavy objects at the gym or playing video games. Christian is newly engaged and looking forward to his upcoming nuptials.
